We have plenty of options for authors to order custom candles. Whether you're ordering them for wholesale PR Boxes, gifts for your arc team, ordering them for you to sell on your own website, or just wanting to license with us (to sell on our website), we have options that work for almost everyone!

Yes! We have a few molds, but we can also source molds for you. If we can find a suitable one then we will purchase it for you and add it to your invoice.

It really depends on the requirements of the project. If we don't have to order any fragrances or jars for you, then turnaround time can be 2-3 weeks. For bigger projects or complex projects, then turn around time can be 4-6 weeks.

MOQ is typically 25 candles per scent for pr boxes. If you're purchasing them as gifts for your team, we can look at smaller quantities.

Yes, if there is enough lead time, we can send you a sample size of the candle scent and color.

During our discovery call we will talk about the characters, any important scenes or anything important to the character that we can add to our candles to make them even more unique. Sometimes it's the character's favorite color or their favorite scent - we can talk about it in detail.

Of course! We can source fragrances and blend them in house to get the scent you want. If you're not sure what you want we can ask you what "vibe" you want (comfy, bright, masculine, floral etc)

Yes! If you are ordering over 100 candles, then we can apply a wholesale discount.

Yes, depending on the size of your candle, we will be limited to the amount of text we can put on the labels especially because we still have to put important candle info on the labels as well (Federal Regulations). We can send a mockup prior to printing them if that helps you visualize. The alternative is having you print the labels and apply them yourself.

We can try to add elements that tie in to your book, whether we name the candles after your characters or customize the scent based on details from your book. Labels have a limited amount of space so we will try to accommodate where we can.

We use coconut wax in our candles. It's non-toxic, vegan and burns with minimal amount of soot. It has a bright white appearance and we love the scent throw (how the candle smells when lit vs unlit).

Yes! Authors will be responsible for any customs fees or shipping charges incurred.

It really depends on the quantity and the size of the jars. 2oz jars start at $9 each.

No, we are happy to create candles for any genre of book themes. We do our research when working with authors to ensure we are not working with authors who spread harmful rhetoric.

Of course! If we have the oils, your turnaround time may be faster too!

Ideally, 4-6 weeks would be a good starting point. Especially if you want to receive samples. We may be able to do it sooner however there may be a rush fee.

We have the option to do your suggested book in the box and do special edition covers for the rest of the series to sell on our website separately.

Yes, we do have requirements from the authors especially when they are sending us their manuscripts. Our contracts will state what restrictions there are on authors.
