Shipping Updates


The most efficient way for us to communicate shipping updates is via the email address associated with the order, our Facebook Group or our email newsletters. Please make sure you sign up for the emails on our website or join the Facebook Group to ensure you receive the most recent updates! 

If you unsubscribe from our emails, our system will only send you an update once we purchase your shipping label. You will miss out on emails such as address update reminders. It is not Brightside's responsibility if an order is not updated by the deadline.

Please note, these are estimated timeframes. Things happen with file changes, printing errors, etc that may affect these deadlines. We always strive to be transparent with you regarding any of these issues and will update shipping estimates as needed.
