BrightSide Sub Box

We do not reveal covers or books prior to shipping them out and some content featured will probably be unpopular bookish tropes (like cheating, sharing, dubcon). We will try to give a list of trigger warnings directly from the author's website or books to guide you each month however we may not be able to list them all. Readers are encouraged to check the trigger warnings prior to reading. There are 3 skips allowed per year.

Details about our Sub Box:

• The BSC Subscription box includes 1 Special Edition Hardcover book and 1 Limited-Edition candle. 
• Subscriptions renew on the 20th of each month for $70 + shipping and tax for the following month. So the February box renews on Jan 20.
• If skipping a box, you must skip by 11:59pm on the 19th of the month unless the deadline is otherwise extended. 
• For 2026, we will allow unlimited skips as long as they are not 2 consecutive skips. Example: If you skip February, you may not skip March.
• We do not reveal authors or covers. 
• We do reveal tropes, triggers and content warnings provided by the author and from the book. It is your responsibility to check the triggers and decide if the book is meant for you.

• You will have a customer portal that you can log into at any time to skip or cancel your subscription. If you cancel, you will have to go back on the waitlist if spots are not open. 
• We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages due to incorrect addresses. Please make sure that you email us at team@thebrightsidecandles with address changes so that we can update all of your past orders and ensure future orders go to the correct address.
